Sometimes you need a smile - Free teacher printable
When you are about halfway into the semester, the motivation easily runs out. It is a long way to the next holiday. You may need to spice up the mood of your students, and maybe the colleagues as well! I made a pdf with smiles and thumbs to place on the walls, and they really lifted the spirit of everyone! Here is a free teacher printable, just download and print!

Sometimes you need to cheer up your surroundings, and ideas like this one are a simple and thoughtful idea. You place them around the school, and they are usually empty rather quickly. Every time the tired students or colleagues see them, they will start to smile a little. It works!
I made the Pdf’s in a program called InDesign because it makes it easy to create patterns and graphic templates. If you want to change the documents, Word is really good at editing PDFs nowadays. Open Word and then select archive-open from within the program and select your PDF. It will take a few seconds, but Word will usually have it figured out really quickly and let you alter the PDF.
